Marcelina's Story
I entered real estate in 2020 and quickly realized that the part of the business I loved most wasn't simply helping someone buy or sell a house. It was finding the property other people overlooked and seeing what it could become.
That evolved into working heavily with real estate investors—identifying properties, analyzing potential, developing renovation strategies, helping guide design and ultimately bringing those properties back to market
.
Over time, the role became much bigger than traditional real estate representation. My clients weren't just asking me what they should buy. They were asking what walls we should move, what the renovation should cost, which improvements would actually matter at resale, how the kitchen should function, what finishes buyers would respond to and how we could make a property stand apart from everything else on the market.
Legacy Designs grew naturally out of that work.
Today, we operate at the intersection of real estate, investment and design. We work with a select network of investors, take on private design and renovation clients and complete our own investment projects throughout Utah.
I believe the best real estate decisions happen when you understand the entire picture—not simply what a property is worth today, but what it could become with the right vision, strategy and execution.
