We wanted to preserve the home’s midcentury modern feel, especially the family room fireplace, while creating a more open and functional layout.

Gathering spaces on both levels take advantage of the setting, with folding patio doors opening up sweeping city views. A spa with a cold plunge and a gym studio complete the retreat-like experience. Aloha became one of the largest projects brought to market.
